‘The Bridge’ - 23 June 2022

A message from Allen

This Sunday at Levin Uniting is Disability Awareness Sunday (DAS).

It is an opportunity to be intentional about disability awareness but it's not just about raising awareness. It's also about celebrating and encouraging people with disabilities in their gifts and ministries. To recognise how each contribute and are valuable members of the body of Christ.

Allen Little
Snr Lay Leader

Worship this Sunday, 10am

We gather in our diversity, giving thanks for Gods goodness and enabling. We are all given strengths and capabilities to live, learn and linger on life’s highways and byways. On Disability Sunday celebrate the many differently enabled in the Church and Community. Join us at 10am and enjoy the service and join us for a cuppa after. If you wish to reflect on the readings, please look at Psalm 77: 1-2 & Luke 35: 1-35.

On Friday 24 June, 9.30am - 12pm. We are holding a scarf and costume jewellery sale, with scarfs starting at $5, and alongside we will also have a garage sale, both raising money for our kitchen upgrade. We would love you to join us.
